3D printer for Saxony-Anhalt from South Korea

3D printer for Saxony-Anhalt from South Korea

SILBER Anlagentechnik GmbH has launched a highly innovative project together with the South Korean company DaegunTech, the South Korean Institute for Materials Science KIMS and the Fraunhofer IKTS in Dresden!

Silber Anlagentechnik GmbH has commissioned a new 3D printer for the production of multi-ceramics in Magdeburg's Port of Science, which was developed and produced by the South Korean project partners. This machine can be used to additively manufacture ceramic components from several different ceramics and enables the production of state-of-the-art ceramic components. There are only a few 3D printers in the world that can produce such parts in such high quality.

The cooperation between SILBER Anlagentechnik GmbH and its Korean partners is an excellent example of international collaboration! We are proud to have supported the development of this forward-looking co-operation.

"Thanks to the support of the EEN LSA, I found a suitable cooperation partner. The EEN LSA helped me to create a cooperation profile, which was published in the EEN database. The profile was also read in South Korea and a cooperation partner was soon found. The chemistry was immediately right with our South Korean partner and we were able to successfully launch our project. I recommend contacting the EEN to anyone who wants to operate internationally and is looking for a cooperation partner."

Frank Silber, Managing Director of SILBER Anlagentechnik GmbH
